The
DreamVision
series consists of about 48 paintings (28 oils on canvas and 20 mixed media on paper) that were made in 1980-81 along with the Apocalyptic Riders series and other major works dealing with war.
The compositions of the Dreamvisions paintings are organized in tones of indigo that blend with gradations of dark blue-green through which flickers of yellow orange pink and white emerge in a nocturnal atmosphere pervaded by feeling of mysterious forces hidden in the very appearance of things. Imageries combining pathos and trensions reflect the mood of the two figures in silent communion with their surroundings as if waiting for the unknown.
